About the role

Server Assistants (Hosts) at Ted’s Montana Grill are vital and valued members of the team, delivering “Big Sky Moments” to ensure a great guest experience each time. They help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, providing a remarkable only‑at‑Ted’s experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver “Big Sky Moments” to enhance guest experiences.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.
• Assist guests promptly and courteously throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements

• Full‑service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to get along well with people.

Pay

Tipped minimum wage plus tips, averaging $17‑$20 per hour.

Schedule

• Flexible schedules.
• Restaurants closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
