Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a positive and professional manner
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space and minimize wait times
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring they are seated in a timely and courteous manner
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner
• Manage reservations including new reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and updating seating charts
• Work as a team and effectively communicate with management, bartenders, and service staff
• Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs

Requirements

• You enjoy assisting with food and beverage steps of service
• You have basic communication skills
• You are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable moments
• You are open to learning, developing, and growing both yourself, personally, and helping others do the same
• You are trustworthy and have integrity

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills
• Versatile verbal and written communication skills

Pay

The pay scale for the Host/Hostess position is $15 per hour. This pay scale reflects the base hourly wage and does not include incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, or similar forms of compensation that Montage may reasonably expect to pay for the position.

Schedule

This position requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
