Responsibilities
- Receive and record all reservations within the system.
- Greet and seat residents and guests according to the quality and service standards established for the dining room.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and friendly service.
Qualifications
- Friendly and engaging individual with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
- Prior restaurant and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handlers certification, as required.
Pay
Pay Range: USD $17.06 - USD $20.01 /Hr.
