Management$20/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. Must not include Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Here we have Pay: $20 per hour. Benefits described. Schedule: "This position requires a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends." So we have schedule content. So we can include Pay, Benefits, Schedule sections. We also have Position Overview (maybe About the role). Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities). Personal Attributes (maybe Skills? Or Requirements?). Minimum Requirements / Qualifications / Skills (Qualifications/Skills). We need to map. We must not invent sections. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content. First, there is a paragraph: "Employment Status Full Time Pay Range $20 per hour Dept. Trilogy Sunstone Trilogy® Sunstone Set within the Sunstone Master Plan is Trilogy® Sunstone, a new community offering resort-style living in highly desirable northwest Las Vegas, Nevada. Trilogy Sunstone is planned to be a modern, amenity-rich Resort Club with stylish spaces designed to bring neighbors together for outdoor activities or a night out on the town. Where: Northwest Las Vegas near Red Rock Canyon with quick access to the Las Vegas strip" We need to preserve that info. It's about the role location and description. Could go under About the role. Then "Pay: $20 per hour" -> Pay section. Then Benefits paragraph: "New hourly full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week, will be eligible for the Company medical, dental and life insurance plans the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. Full-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (“PTO”) in accordance with the Company policy at a rate of 120 hours per year. Full-Time team members are eligible for 7 paid holidays annually. Part-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Sick Leave in accordance with state guidelines. All team members 21 years and older are eligible to participate in the J.F. Shea Co., Inc. 401(k) plan after completion of 30 days of service." We need to preserve all that. Could format as

    • items. Then "Position Overview The Host or Hostess greets guests as they arrive to the dining area and seats them at tables, coordinating the seating with the food servers. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager." -> About the role. Then "Key Responsibilities" list: bullet points. Then "Personal Attributes" list: bullet points. Then "Minimum Requirements / Qualifications / Skills" list: bullet points. Then "Work Environment" paragraph: maybe could be part of About the role or separate? Not a required heading but we could include as part of About the role or maybe as a separate section? The instruction says only include sections when posting has real specific content for it. Work Environment is specific content; but we don't have a heading for Work Environment in the allowed list. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Work Environment not in list, so we should not create a heading for it. We could incorporate its content into About the role or maybe Responsibilities? Probably About the role includes overview and environment. We'll embed that paragraph in About the role. Then "Physical Demands" paragraph: also not in allowed headings; we could incorporate into About the role or maybe Responsibilities? Probably About the role. Then "BLUESTAR RESORT & GOLF IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER" is boilerplate EEO, remove. Also "Employment Status Full Time" maybe we can include in About the role or Pay? It's metadata; we can fold into short

or drop. Probably include in About the role as a sentence. Now we need to avoid repeating job title. Not present. Now produce HTML. Structure:

      About the role

Employment Status: Full Time. Trilogy® Sunstone, a new community offering resort‑style living in highly desirable northwest Las Vegas, Nevada, is a modern, amenity‑rich Resort Club with stylish spaces designed to bring neighbors together for outdoor activities or a night out on the town. Located northwest Las Vegas near Red Rock Canyon with quick access to the Las Vegas strip. The Host or Hostess greets guests as they arrive to the dining area and seats them at tables, coordinating the seating with the food servers. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. Work Environment: This position typically operates in an indoor restaurant setting, but an employee may also be required to work on a patio or for an outdoor event, with exposure to outdoor weather conditions and occasionally native wildlife. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Outdoor environments may require walking on variable terrain while carrying items and navigating typical event obstacles, including, but not limited to, groups of people, table set ups and decorations, plants and the natural landscape. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, see, speak clearly and understand the speech of another person, sometimes in a noisy environment. This position is very active and requires standing and walking for most of a work shift. The position may require the ability to lift, balance and carry, bend, reach, and serve from trays weighing up to 20 pounds.

But we need to ensure we don't create filler. All content is substantive. Now Responsibilities:

      Responsibilities

      • Greet and serve guests in an energetic and friendly fashion.
      • Monitor the dining area and select tables for guest seating, depending on food server activity and guest comfort; show the guests to their tables.
      • Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent hospitality by having a working knowledge of the resort facility and dining area, and be able to respond to guest questions about the menu and speak with enthusiasm about other resort services.
      • Answer the telephone and take reservations and to-go orders.
      • Work as team with food servers; assist servers with clearing plates and refilling drinks, according to service etiquette.
      • Handle cash and card transactions, ensure charges are accurate and return correct change to guests, if required.
      • Notice and report potential safety issues or customer concerns to a supervisor.
      • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Now Requirements / Qualifications / Skills: The posting has "Minimum Requirements / Qualifications / Skills". We could split into Requirements and Skills? But we have allowed headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could combine into one section maybe Requirements (or Qualifications). Since we have all three headings allowed, but we should not create thin sections. Better to put all under one heading, maybe "Requirements". Or we could split into Requirements and Skills but that may be thin. Let's combine into "Requirements". Use
      • . List items: - High School diploma equivalent preferred. - One to three months’ related server experience preferred. - Must meet the state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol, if applicable. - Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS® Certification (Training for Intervention Procedures). - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; must be able to calculate discounts, and percentages - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memorandums. - Ability to speak effectively and present information to another person and in small group situations with guests and team members. - Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors about job tasks and responsibilities. - Desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude with team members and the public. - Must be self-motivated, follow direction, and able to work independently with little supervision. - Must demonstrate initiative, with an ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment. - Must have good time management, organizational, and follow-up skills. - Must be able to pay attention to multiple details and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected. - This position requires a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends. But schedule is also in Schedule section; we might move schedule line to Schedule section to avoid duplication. However the schedule line appears in Minimum Requirements / Qualifications / Skills section as a bullet. We could keep it there or move to Schedule. Since we have a Schedule section, we should put schedule info there and not duplicate. So we remove that bullet from Requirements. Now Benefits section:

        Benefits

        • New hourly full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week will be eligible for the Company medical, dental and life insurance plans the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
        • Full-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (“PTO”) in accordance with the Company policy at a rate of 120 hours per year.
        • Full-Time team members are eligible for 7 paid holidays annually.
        • Part-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Sick Leave in accordance with state guidelines.
        • All team members 21 years and older are eligible to participate in the J.F. Shea Co., Inc. 401(k) plan after completion of 30 days of service.
        Pay section:

        Pay

        $20 per hour

        Schedule section:

        Schedule

This position requires a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.

Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO. Removed. Check for duplicated lines: we removed schedule bullet from Requirements. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Dept. Trilogy Sunstone Trilogy® Sunstone" maybe we included in About the role. The "Employment Status Full Time" we included. The "Pay Range $20 per hour" we have Pay. The "Where: Northwest Las Vegas near Red Rock Canyon with quick access to the Las Vegas strip" we included. The "Position Overview" we included. The "Key Responsibilities" we included. The "Personal Attributes" we haven't included! Oops we missed Personal Attributes. That is substantive. We need to include them somewhere. Could be under Skills or Requirements. Since we have Skills heading allowed, we could put Personal Attributes under Skills. Or we could add a separate section for Skills. Let's create a Skills section for Personal Attributes. But we also have Requirements section for qualifications. We'll split: Requirements (minimum requirements/qualifications) and Skills (personal attributes). That seems appropriate. Thus we need two sections: Requirements and Skills. Let's move the Minimum Requirements / Qualifications / Skills list to Requirements (excluding schedule line). Then Skills will be Personal Attributes list. Now we need to ensure we don't create thin sections. Both have multiple items, good. Now adjust. Requirements section:

        Requirements

        • High School diploma equivalent preferred.
        • One to three months’ related server experience preferred.
        • Must meet the state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol, if applicable.
        • Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS® Certification (Training for Intervention Procedures).
        • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; must be able to calculate discounts, and percentages.
        • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memorandums.
        • Ability to speak effectively and present information to another person and in small group situations with guests and team members.
        • Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors about job tasks and responsibilities.
        • Desire to contribute to a
