About the role

Responsible for providing the guests with a delightful dining experience from the initial reception until the final good-bye in accordance with the Company's high standards of Guest Service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
• Ensure all guests are greeted warmly and their needs are promptly addressed.
• Assist with table assignments and seating guests according to the restaurant's layout and guidelines.
• Handle reservations and check-in procedures efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education degree (GED) required.
• Previous Host/Hostess experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain Responsible Vendor Server Permit.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
