About the Role
Barrio is hiring for a Host/Hostess position at our Haverhill, MA location. Full-time positions are available.
Hours of operation: Monday–Thursday 4pm–11pm, Friday–Saturday 11am–1am, Sunday 11am–11pm.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and properly seat them
- Manage the waitlist when the restaurant is full
- Occasionally help bus tables and provide guest assistance to servers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Take, enter, and pack to-go orders
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and evening and weekend availability
- Prior experience not necessary; on-the-job training provided
