About the role

As a Host with Armani Ristorante, you will serve as the first impression of our luxury dining experience, creating a warm, refined, and memorable welcome for every guest. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless front-of-house operations by managing reservations, coordinating seating, and delivering exceptional service that reflects the Armani brand.

The ideal candidate is polished, attentive, highly organized, and passionate about hospitality. You take pride in creating meaningful guest experiences, possess strong attention to detail, and maintain a calm, professional presence in an upscale dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Answer telephone calls and assist with reservation inquiries
• Maintain an organized and efficient flow of guests throughout service
• Recognize and build relationships with returning guests
• Assist with coat check and other front-of-house responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Previous host, fine-dining, luxury hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Polished, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and composed during high-volume service
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

Starting salary of $22.00 per hour.
