About the role

Ring the dinner bell! Haywire is looking for our next great Host or Hostess to welcome guests like family during Sunday dinners. Our team exudes Texas-sized charm, ensuring each guest feels like a special occasion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a genuine Texas welcome
• Ensure regular and VIP guests feel at home
• Make first-time guests feel like VIPs
• Move with a purpose, but never rush guests
• Highlight special occasions and celebrate with guests

Requirements

• Previous host/hostess or relevant customer service experience preferred
• OpenTable experience a plus
• Read, write, and speak English
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
• At least 18 years old

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
