As a Host Cashier, you’re the first friendly face our guests meet—and the one who helps ensure their visit starts and ends on a high note. You’ll guide the flow of the dining room, manage seating with ease, and deliver smooth, accurate cash-handling that reflects the service standards of Tropicana Laughlin.

Responsibilities

• Guest-Facing Duties
  • Welcome guests warmly and seat them using a rotation system to maximize service
  • Answer phones with professional etiquette and assist with reservations
  • Communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and supervisors
  • Clear and reset tables quickly during peak hours—aiming for under two minutes
• Cash Handling & POS
  • Accurately process payments and return correct change or receipts
  • Maintain your assigned cash bank and complete end-of-shift reports
  • Learn and operate the POS system used by the outlet
