As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a key role in setting the tone for exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and take them to their assigned table/tables
• Communicate effectively with the serving team and management regarding seating, timing, and guest needs
• Answer guest questions about the menu, show schedule, and theatre policies
• Assist with check-in procedures for reservations and group bookings
• Coordinate with the box office and kitchen to ensure accurate guest counts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas
• Handle special accommodations and accessibility requests with care and professionalism
• Provide support to servers, bussers, and management as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or hosting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to remain calm and organized during high-volume service periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as these are our primary show times
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly between tables and theatre areas
