Responsibilities

• Oversee daily host stand operations, ensuring professional greetings, accurate wait times, and seamless guest flow
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists while maintaining an organized and efficient seating system
• Communicate effectively with servers, captains, and management regarding table status, guest needs, and special requests
• Provide warm welcomes and sincere farewells to ensure a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, lobby, and entrance areas
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned by management
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant environment preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
