- Understands the restaurant's culture and creates a positive guest experience.
- Welcomes guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact.
- Answers guest questions about the restaurant, food, and beverages.
- Entertains and engages guests while they wait or in line.
- Sees to guests being seated at clean, properly set tables.
- Communicates with servers and managers about table availability and special requests.
- Handles guest complaints promptly and resolves them to ensure satisfaction.
- Invites guests to return to the restaurant.
Hospitality to your Team
- Arrives on time, groomed appropriately, and ready to work.
- Clocks in and out as scheduled.
- Demonstrates a helpful and positive attitude.
- Completes assigned tasks and duties.
- Checks and restocks greeter area and storage areas for supplies.
- Plans seating arrangements and assists team members as needed.
- Checks out with a manager before leaving.
