• Answers guest questions about the restaurant, food, and beverages.
• Entertains and engages guests while they wait or in line.
• Sees to guests being seated at clean, properly set tables.
• Communicates with servers and managers about table availability and special requests.
• Handles guest complaints promptly and resolves them to ensure satisfaction.
• Invites guests to return to the restaurant.

• Arrives on time, groomed appropriately, and ready to work.
• Clocks in and out as scheduled.
• Demonstrates a helpful and positive attitude.
• Completes assigned tasks and duties.
• Checks and restocks greeter area and storage areas for supplies.
• Plans seating arrangements and assists team members as needed.
• Checks out with a manager before leaving.
