• Understands our culture and takes steps to create a positive guest experience.
• Welcomes guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact.
• Answers guest questions about the restaurant, food, beverages, and its story.
• Entertains and engages guests while they wait or in line.
• Leads guests to a clean, perfectly set table and hands them the appropriate menu(s).
• Maintains awareness of available tables and seats guests promptly.
• Communicates with servers and managers about table availability, large parties, or special requests.
• Handles guests' complaints by listening, informing a manager, and resolving issues.
• Invites guests to return to the restaurant.
• Hospitality to Your Team
• Arrives to work on time and ready to work.
• Clocks in and out as scheduled.
• Demonstrates a helpful and positive attitude towards guests and team members.
• Completes assigned tasks and duties as directed by managers/supervisors.
• Checks greeter area and storage for supplies and works with managers to plan seating.
• Assists fellow team members as needed to ensure high standards of service.
• Checks out with a manager before leaving.
• Hospitality to Restaurant
• Inspects restrooms, dining room, and lobby to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Cleans as needed and reports unsafe conditions.
• Makes sure dining area tables meet or exceed standards (e.g., proper setup, full napkin dispensers, swept floors).

Minimum Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Able to speak to the restaurant's story and mission statement.
• Passion for hospitality, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
