Host

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with genuine smiles and a lively welcome.
• Seat guests promptly and help them find the perfect spot.
• Handle phone calls, take reservations, and manage to-go orders.
• Keep the host station tidy and organized.
• Cook up with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow and quick seating.
• Thank departing guests and invite them to return.

Qualifications

• A friendly, outgoing personalitymust be able to smile and engage easily with strangers.
• A basic understanding of dining room operations and customer service procedures.
• Comfortable standing for long periods (up to 5 hours); able to lift/move up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 40 lbs
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hosting or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
