About the role

The Lytle Park Hotel, an Autograph Collection property, is seeking a Host to join its dynamic team. Located in Cincinnati, this hotel is dedicated to redefining hospitality and bringing back the classics.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
• Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
• Estimate wait times for guests and monitor the guest waiting list
• Ensure the needs of guests are met while they are waiting
• Answer the telephone, book reservations, and move tables together to accommodate large parties

• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
