Responsibilities

Create the guests' first and lasting impression. With a warm smile and friendly conversations, our host team members are responsible for creating a welcoming and safe environment for our guests' dining experience. Ensure that various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected. Guide guests to their table, present them with clean menus, and offer suggestions to enhance their dining experience. Complete the guests' experience by genuinely thanking them for their visit, wishing them a fond farewell, and inviting them back to our restaurants.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous restaurant experience preferred

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English

Knowledge of basic food preparation and sanitation procedures

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural setting

Ability to follow company policies and procedures
