About the role

As a host at Olive Garden, you create the guests' first and lasting impression. With a warm smile and friendly conversations, our host team members are responsible for creating a welcoming and safe environment for our guests' dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and safe environment for guests
• Guide guests to their table
• Present clean menus to guests
• Offer suggestions to enhance guests' dining experience
• Complete guests' experience by genuinely thanking them for their visit, wishing them a fond farewell, and inviting them back to our restaurants

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using a mouse, keyboard, and internet)
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a food service setting is preferred but not required

Skills

Pay

$15.00 per hour - $18.00 per hour
