Responsibilities

Create the guests' first and lasting impression by providing a warm smile and friendly conversations to create a welcoming and safe environment for their dining experience. Ensure that various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected. Guide guests to their table, present them with clean menus, and offer suggestions to enhance their dining experience. Complete the guests' experience by genuinely thanking them for their visit, wishing them a fond farewell, and inviting them back to our restaurants.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
