About the role

As a host at Olive Garden, you create the guests' first and lasting impression. With a warm smile and friendly conversations, our host team members are responsible for creating a welcoming and safe environment for our guests' dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and safe environment for guests.
• Guide guests to their table.
• Present clean menus to guests.
• Offer suggestions to enhance guests' dining experience.
• Genuinely thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
• Sanitize and disinfect various guest and team member touch points regularly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality or food service setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay

$16.00 per hour - $19.50 per hour
