Responsibilities

Create the guests' first and lasting impression by providing a warm smile and friendly conversations to create a welcoming and safe environment for their dining experience. Ensure that various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected. Guide guests to their table, present them with clean menus, and offer suggestions to enhance their dining experience. Complete the guests' experience by genuinely thanking them for their visit, wishing them a fond farewell, and inviting them back to our restaurants.

Qualifications

As a host at Olive Garden, you should have a positive attitude and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
