Job Description
Aid guests in making reservations via the Open Table system. Assign tables to servers based on reservations and availability. Answer guest inquiries about restaurant hours, menu items, and other requests. Seat guests appropriately and supply them with necessary items like menus and silverware. Answer incoming calls promptly and efficiently. Multitask between guests, phone calls, and coworkers. Utilize Open Table's reservation wait sheet and electronic pager system. Rotate seating based on table availability and learn server names. Predict and accurately quote wait times to guests. Conduct restroom checks and maintain cleanliness and stock levels. Clean menus and restock greeter stations. Demonstrate dependability, punctuality, and adherence to policies.
