Responsibilities

• Give every guest a warm Southern welcome
• Manage the wait list and seating flow so the dining room hums
• Send everyone off with a genuine invitation to return
• Serve as the first face and last word, setting the tone for the whole visit

Requirements

• Friendly, organized, and calm when the lobby fills up
• Make people feel expected, not processed
• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend and reach, and move or carry trays/items up to 30 lbs
