What You'll Do

• Greet guests with a smile & manage seating flow
• Communicate wait times clearly & keep guests in the loop
• Auxiliary with takeout orders & phone reservations
• Manage reservations and waitlists using Resy (experience a plus!)
• Help reset tables & run food when needed
• Keep the host station clean, organized & welcoming
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated & excited to return

Qualifications

• Age 16+
• Restaurant or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with reservation platforms—Resy experience is a plus!
• Stellar communication & hospitality skills
• Cool under pressure, upbeat in busy moments
• Basic food safety & sanitation know-how
• Reliable, punctual, and always bringing the good vibes

Pay

$7.25 – $15/hour (based on experience & energy!)
