Core Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first and last impression
• Answer phones promptly and courteously, take accurate orders, process payments and package takeout efficiently
• Manage and update the seating tablet in real time, communicate with servers to ensure smooth table rotations and minimize guest wait times
• Run food to tables, clear and reset tables as needed, and assist serves to ensure timely and attentive guest service
• Step in wherever help is needed whether that means checking on a table, restocking supplies, or assisting another staff members during busy periods

Expectations & Standards

• Work as one unified Support Staff team. Help one another without being asked and maintain constant awareness of what the team needs
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude with guests, teammates, and management
• Arrive on time ready to work. Communicate clearly, stay organized, stay engaged and focused throughout the shift
• Take ownership of your area and your actions. Follow through on tasks, handle guest concerns appropriately, and take pride in doing your job well
