Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a smile and provide exceptional service
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable dining environment
- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory
- Engage with guests to upsell and promote menu items
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service preferred
