Responsibilities
- First point of contact for guests
- Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns
- Manage seating and table assignments
- Help guests navigate the menu and make recommendations
Requirements
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
