Responsibilities

• First point of contact for guests
• Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns
• Manage seating and table assignments
• Help guests navigate the menu and make recommendations

Requirements

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using a keyboard and mouse)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role is a plus
• Customer service background preferred

Skills

• Strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of basic food service operations
