About the role
Your schedule is flexible and can fit around your life. During holidays, Chuy’s restaurants are closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for guests
- Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Manage table assignments and reservations
- Help guests navigate the menu and answer questions
Requirements
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of the Chuy’s menu and restaurant operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
