Your schedule is flexible and can fit around your life. During the holiday season, our restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for guests
- Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Manage table assignments and seating arrangements
- Help guests navigate the menu and answer questions
Requirements
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (e.g., using a tablet for tablet POS system)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
