Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly greeting and seating of guests.
• Coordinate the organization, traffic flow, and cleanliness of the dining room.
• Aid in the training and development of new team members.
• Facilitate To-Go orders via Phone or Online Ordering and execute them in a timely manner.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for all guest transactions.
• Maintain reservations, telephone, waiting list, and take-out procedures.
• Ensure proper uniform standards and maintain a professional image.
• Monitor and serve alcohol in compliance with licensing authorities and Boston’s Pizza training guidelines.
• Report any concerns to the Manager immediately.
• Engage in frequent guest contact and high visibility in the dining room.
• Attend to and serve guests in accordance with Boston’s high standards.
• Identify and involve managers in negative guest experiences.
• Promote a smooth and even flow of the dining room.
• Thank every guest for their patronage in a sincere manner.
• Maintain a high level of food and beverage knowledge.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared according to Boston’s standards and expectations.
• Implement and help with ongoing and upcoming promotions.
• Maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
• Practice good personal hygiene and prevent cross-contamination.
• Follow proper checklists and cleaning schedules.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
