Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly greeting and seating of guests.
• Coordinate the organization, traffic flow, and cleanliness of the dining room.
• Aid in the training and development of new team members.
• Facilitate To-Go orders via Phone or Online Ordering and execute them in a timely manner.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for all sales during the work shift.
• Follow all reservations, telephone, waiting list, and take-out procedures.
• Maintain a professional image and adhere to proper uniform standards.
• Monitor and enforce responsible serving and sale of alcohol in compliance with licensing authorities, Serve Safe Alcohol training, and Boston’s Pizza training guidelines.
• Report any concerns to the Manager immediately.

• Eligible to work in the United States.

• Frequent guest contact and high visibility in the dining room.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Knowledge of Boston’s menu items and preparation standards.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow proper checklists and cleaning schedules.
