Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly greeting and seating of guests.
• Coordinate the organization, traffic flow, and cleanliness of the dining room.
• Aid in the training and development of new team members.
• Facilitate To-Go orders via Phone or Online Ordering and execute them in a timely manner.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for all guest transactions.
• Maintain reservations, telephone, waiting list, and take-out procedures.
• Maintain a professional image and adhere to proper uniform standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with serving alcohol regulations.
• Report any concerns to the Manager immediately.
• Frequent interaction with guests, ensuring they are attended to and served according to high standards.
• Manage the smooth flow of the dining room as a top priority.
• Thank every guest for their patronage in a sincere manner.
• Maintain a high level of food and beverage knowledge and ensure all menu items are prepared according to Boston’s standards.
• Implement and help with ongoing and upcoming promotions.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Practice proper food safety and prevent cross-contamination.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Knowledge of Boston’s menu items and preparation standards.
• Experience with To-Go orders and online ordering systems.
• Ability to maintain a professional and clean appearance.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
