Flynn Group, founded by Greg Flynn, started its journey with the acquisition of 8 Applebee’s in 1999. Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile
• Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
• Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant

Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years old
• Effective communication skills
• Commitment to making an impact

Qualifications

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length
• Able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff
• Able to transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen
• Able to wear protective hand coverings, protective face coverings/masks, and disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift
• Able to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift
