Flynn Group, founded by Greg Flynn, has grown significantly since its inception in 1999. Starting with the acquisition of 8 Applebee’s, the company has expanded to become the largest Applebee’s franchisee globally. Flynn Group now operates over 460 Applebee’s restaurants across 24 states and owns a diversified portfolio of iconic brands including Applebee’s, Arby’s, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, and Planet Fitness.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile
• Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
• Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant
• Must be at least 17 years old
• Effective communication skills required
• Commitment to making an impact

Requirements

• Must have ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods
• Able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift
• Must be able to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift

Pay

Applebee's® Hosts start at $15 - $17.00 per hour.
