Host Family Opportunity
SHARE! High School Exchange Program is seeking caring individuals and families to host international exchange students for a semester or a full school year. Students are 14–18 years old and come from countries including France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, Japan, South Korea, China, Brazil, Mexico, and many others.
Student Profile
Our students are excited to experience American family life, attend their local high school, and become a true member of your family while sharing their own culture and traditions. Every SHARE! student Speaks English, Has comprehensive medical insurance, and Has spending money for personal expenses. They are carefully screened and selected before arriving in the United States.
Host Family Requirements
There is no "perfect" host family. We welcome a variety of families, including:
- Two-parent families (with or without children)
- Single parents
- Single adults
- Retired couples
- Empty nesters
If you have a caring heart, a stable home, and a willingness to welcome a student into your family, you may be the perfect host.
