About the role

SHARE! High School Exchange Program is seeking caring individuals and families to host international exchange students for a semester or a full school year.

Responsibilities

• Experience the world without leaving home by opening your home to a high school exchange student.
• Host a student aged 14–18 from countries such as France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, Japan, South Korea, China, Brazil, Mexico, and more.
• Attend your local high school with the exchange student.
• Share your own culture and traditions with the exchange student.
• Welcome the exchange student as a true member of your family.

Requirements

• Students must speak English.
• Students must have comprehensive medical insurance.
• Students must have spending money for personal expenses.
• Students are carefully screened and selected before arriving in the United States.

• Two-parent families (with or without children)
• Single parents
• Single adults
• Retired couples
• Empty nesters
