Host an International High School Exchange Student (Clay County, MO)

ERDT/SHARE! is a global non-profit educational foundation established in 1974. It provides international student exchange services to host families and international teens. SHARE! students, aged 15-18 from various countries such as France, Germany, Spain, China, Brazil, Poland, Italy, Mexico, Japan, and South Korea, are seeking host families.

Responsibilities

• Attend the local high school with the exchange student
• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for the exchange student
• Ensure the exchange student has access to medical care and insurance
• Help the exchange student integrate into the community

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Willingness to provide a home for one school year or semester
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Availability during school hours
