Biaggi's is hiring Hosts to help create the ultimate dining experience for our guests. If you love serving people and excel in customer service, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them to their tables
• Assist guests with reservations and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Provide customers with menus and answer initial questions
• Optimize seating to ensure even workload for wait staff
• Answer phones and schedule reservations
• Perform side work, station set-up, and light restaurant maintenance

Requirements

• Friendly, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Punctual, honest, and comfortable with customer service
• Available to work consistently with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
