Hospitality Worker III - Caprock Guest Services

About the role

Aramark Nexus is hiring a Night Auditor / Guest Services Worker for the Caprock Workforce Community near Mobeetie, Texas. This full‑time overnight hospitality position supports guests who live and work at the large‑scale workforce community, serving as a key point of contact during overnight hours and ensuring responsive, professional service.

Pay

$21.00 per hour (Aramark’s good‑faith estimate at the time of posting).

Schedule

Overnight shift, either 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. or 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide customer service while anticipating their needs.
• Supply guests with directions, travel information, and details about available services and points of interest.
• Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration.
• Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit‑card transactions.
• Answer phone calls and emails, delivering messages as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, and co‑workers.
• Coordinate resolution of guest concerns.
• Communicate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adapt to changing duties or new assignments without formal notice.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and engage in extended walking and standing.
• Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
