Hospitality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-style experiences in a professional setting.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms according to detailed specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned floors.
• Ensure all visiting offices and temporary workspaces are organized, cleaned, and stocked daily.
• Assist with miscellaneous service requests.
• Utilize various software systems to manage tasks efficiently.
• Provide coverage for occasional after-hours firm events.
• Support miscellaneous requests and flex services with a “can do” attitude and philosophy.
• Provide Reception back-up coverage.
• Handle production and mail duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year professional level work experience.
• Previous experience in a client service oriented field preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
• Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time.
• Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery.

Pay

The Compensation range for this role is up to 23.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
