Description
The Hospitality Services, under direct supervision, assists in the service of meals for patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include delivering meals to patients, using patient identification tools, inspecting patient trays, maintaining par levels of foods and supplies, cleaning and sanitizing dishes, flatware, trays, cups, glasses, and cooking utensils, preparing assigned foods and nourishments, managing cash transactions, adhering to food hygiene and safety requirements, resolving basic issues, and participating in performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a food service setting preferred
- Ability to follow established procedures and policies
- Basic computer skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Current Food Handlers Card

Salary range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
