Responsibilities
- Bring the Pillars of Service—Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable—to life through all team and fan (guest) interactions.
- Receive, inspect, and organize all bar and kitchen deliveries; verify quantities and report discrepancies.
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas including dry storage, walk-ins, and bar inventory; rotate stock using FIFO standards to support a smooth operation across teams.
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, kitchen supplies, and event materials as needed.
- Change kegs and CO₂ tanks; remove trash, recycling, and packaging throughout shifts with efficiency and an optimistic attitude.
- Support bartenders and chefs with timely replenishment during service, fostering a connected and team-driven environment.
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, bars, staging, décor, and equipment for events with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Execute room flips and venue layout changes. Safely move and store furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Assist with seasonal décor installations and large-scale resets.
- Safely move, store, and maintain furniture, fixtures, and event inventory with consistency and care.
- Ensure all event spaces meet cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards, contributing to a memorable guest experience.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working on feet for extended periods
- Experience in hospitality, warehouse, events, or restaurant support preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (walk-in coolers, outdoor events, etc.)
- Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
