Hospitality Lead
The Role:
- Build strong, compassionate relationships with individuals
- Educate and answer questions about our life-changing offerings
- Help individuals feel comfortable and supported as they begin their journey
- Be adaptable and step in for other roles when necessary
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and basic math skills
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience, preferably in leadership
- Experience in roles such as orthopedic, dental or vision offices, caregiver for children with disabilities (e.g., autism, muscular dystrophy), professional tutoring, personal coaching, or high-end restaurant service
