Hospitality Lead (2026 Fall season)
About the role
Hospitality Leads have a direct impact on the customer experience at Breese Stevens Field. They will work in our luxury suite areas and exclusive ticketed areas, often catering to important community and industry partners, requiring a high level of customer service.
Hospitality Leads oversee hospitality and buffet locations around the stadium, working with Culinary staff and other Food & Beverage employees to ensure hospitality areas are set, filled, clean, and ready prior to use. This includes ensuring warmers are on and hot, food par levels are maintained, buffets are clean and organized, utensils and condiments are filled, and customer needs are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Supervise buffet attendant staff when applicable.
- Assist with buffet set-up and tear down prior to and after the event.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food and beverage par levels.
- Maintain area cleanliness and provide a positive experience for all members of the group.
- Under guidance of F&B Management, maintain cleanliness and health standards in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept. of Public Health.
- Work with the beverage management team to stock suites and club areas prior to event start.
- Perform non-gameday responsibilities as determined by Management.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Foster a positive, safe, and fun work environment.
- Complete additional tasks as requested by management.

Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (~3-5 hours per shift).
- Must be able to effectively communicate with kitchen staff and guests.
- Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs.
