Hospitality Concierge

About the role

The Hospitality Concierge role at Morgan State is part of Playfly Sports, a leading sports marketing and media company. This position focuses on servicing premium and hospitality areas in designated athletic facilities for university home games.

Responsibilities

• Service existing premium and hospitality areas on gamedays for all football games
• Work closely with campus stakeholders and community partners to ensure first-class service in our premium and hospitality areas
• Provide first-class service to existing and potential clients on gamedays
• Aid in managing premium area gameday operations and hospitality efforts on all home football gamedays
• Assist with men’s and women’s basketball hospitality areas if added this winter
• Assist with other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Passion to get or have sports sales experience, with premium sales preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, self-starter, and a genuine desire to help people
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional image and demeanor at all times
• Ability to encourage collaboration, flexibility, equity, and inclusion that enables colleagues to contribute to their full potential, feel valued, and supported

Qualifications

• Availability to work outside typical office hours including nights and weekends as needed
• Walking, standing, bending, and carrying of light office items is required
