Job Summary
The Food & Nutrition Food Service Worker II is a competent support‑services employee responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. The role provides excellent customer service to patients and employees and may train and guide other employees performing related work. The employee demonstrates the ability to perform specific competencies, meets mutually agreed‑upon performance goals, integrates ethics into practice, adheres to confidentiality and patient‑rights policies, completes work within acceptable time limits, sets priorities, handles multiple tasks during peak workload situations, ensures accuracy and completeness of work, and maintains a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
