Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and nursing assistants as needed.
• Ice, water pitchers, linens, towels, and washcloths.
• Mark and pass supplies, make beds, and help serve plates and drinks to residents at mealtimes.
• Clean dishes, put dishes away, and assist in passing snacks to residents.
• Transport residents to and from activities as well as conduct one-on-one activities with residents.
• Aid in various cleaning activities such as emptying linen/trash bins, cleaning wheelchairs, or other housekeeping duties.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the resident’s nurse and supervisor.
• Perform all other non-resident care duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
