The Hospitality Aide works prior to completing the CNA program by: Responding to call bellsAssisting the nursing team as neededAssisting with meal delivery Simple housekeeping tasks for residents; Straightening rooms - making beds - watering plants - light laundry – assisting residents with linen changesThis role does not provide direct resident care Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent requiredMust be 18 years of age or olderAbility to attend all required CNA training courses requiredPrevious customer service experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Capable of working as part of a team
