Hospitality Aide

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable hospitality aide to support our team and ensure our residents enjoy a safe, clean, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean environment in resident rooms and common areas
• Assist with weekly activities and special events
• Deep clean rooms in a timely manner to accommodate fast move-ins/move-outs
• Provide assistance/support to dietary and maintenance staff
• Collaborate with staff to accommodate special needs and requests

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or activities, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of household cleaner safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Careful and respectful attitude towards seniors and their needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months experience in a long-term care or hospitality environment preferred
