About the role
North Ridge Health and Rehab, located in New Hope, MN, is seeking a full-time Hospitality Dietary Aide to join their team. Responsibilities
- Obtain resident meal selections according to prescribed diet orders
- Aid with snack and beverage service and meal support
- Replenish resident water pitchers per diet orders and schedules
- Maintain accurate communication between Nursing and Dietary departments
- Support tray accuracy and resident dining preferences
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Follow facility policies, infection control, and resident rights standards
- Complete additional dietary support tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and organized
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Compassionate and resident-centered approach
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position
- Healthcare or dietary experience preferred but not required
- Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required
